“We have sold and bought houses before and have never been really impressed with the real estate agents involved in our transactions. Crystal did an amazing job of market analysis on the house that we found, and we put an offer on the house that was accepted. Unfortunately the home inspection revealed several thousand dollars of damage to the sub flooring and support beams of the house. Here is what amazed me about Crystal, she sat down with us and explained that although the problem could be fixed, there was no guarantee that all the damage would be fixed. She explained that the problem could be continuous, and may not reappear for a couple of more years. Crystal could have just tried to convince us to purchase the home, make a quick buck and move on to someone else. However, she looked out for our best interest, and we passed on the house. We ran poor Crystal ramped for the next 6 weeks. I would call her at a whim asking her to view a home we wanted to see, and her reply was always "when would you like to see it". Crystal bent over backwards to help us find a home.
After seeing everything in our price range, she would send me any new listings on a daily basis.
The end of the story. After much searching, we found a home for sale by owner. I had no hesitation calling Crystal to broker the transaction for us. Once again she looked out for our best interest, and stayed on top of all the paperwork and details.
For us there will only be one real estate agent for our family, present, and future, and that's Crystal. She has become more than our real estate agent, she will always be considered a friend.

“I did not have the pleasure of meeting Crystal face to face and that is my only regret. My reason for this was because I currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah and was selling my home in Vancouver, Washington. I would agree with anyone that says this is not a good formula for success.
